The American Legion Post 181 of Elk City is recognizing the students who represented Elk City and Merritt at the 2026 Oklahoma Boys State and Oklahoma Girls State leadership programs, while also expressing appreciation to the local businesses and organizations whose support helped make the opportunity possible.
