NFL WEEK 5

Week 5 of the NFL season finished up last night with a classic Monday night football game. On Thursday night the Cowboys embarrassed themselves in a loss to Tampa Bay 24-16. On Sunday we saw Jacksonville top Philly 19-17, Green Bay dismantled Chicago 31-7, Houston smoked Tennessee 26-3, Cincinnati outscored Miami 31-24, New England whipped Vegas 45-17, Minnesota strangled New Orleans 23-13, The Jets edged the Browns 17-12, Pittsburgh stopped Indianapolis 34-22, The Giants and Commanders tied at 27, San Francisco squeaked past Seattle 32-29, Batlimore topped the Falcons in OT 30-23, The Bills outlasted the Rams 37-34 in OT last night.

MLB PLAYOFFS

Game 2 of the National League Championship series was a back and forth affair between the Dodgers and Brewers. LA got on top early but Milwaukee came back to win Game 2 5-4 to take a 2 games to none lead. The scene now shifts back to LA for Game 3 tomorrow night. Game 1 of the ALCS was played last night down in Tampa Bay. The Rays started fast but Cleveland clawed their way back to win 7-3. Game two of the ALCS is tonight down in Tampa Bay.
