Elk City, OK – Two of Elk City’s newest police officers are now officially certified to serve, following their recent graduation from the Oklahoma CLEET Academy.

Patrol Officer Kobe Foley and Patrol Officer Teagon Moler completed CLEET Academy Class A2501 in Ada, a rigorous 17-week program required of all peace officers in the state. The pair had already been serving with the Elk City Police Department for several months and are now recognized as full members of the force.

In addition to the state certification, ECPD mandates an additional 16-week field training program to better prepare its officers for the job. Department officials said both Foley and Moler have already proven themselves as valuable team members.
