41st Annual Southwest Farm & Home Expo Set for April 12–13 in Elk City

Elk City, OK – The 41st Annual Southwest Farm & Home Expo returns to the Elk City Convention Center April 12–13, 2025, bringing two days of agriculture, education, livestock, food, and family fun to Western Oklahoma. Admission is free.

The event opens Saturday at 9:00 a.m., following a morning session for farmers and ranchers to earn CEU credits with presentations from OSU’s Josh Bushong and Dr. Liberty Galvin, along with coffee, donuts, and a free lunch provided by Fowler Agency.

A major highlight is the All Breed Bull Sale, happening Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the South Exhibit Hall, sponsored by First National Bank & Trust. Breeds include Angus, Hereford, Polled Hereford, and Sim-Angus, with consignors from across the region.

Additional weekend features:

  • Antique Tractor Display (all weekend)

  • FFA Ag Mechanics Show & Silent Auction

  • Children's Pedal Tractor Pull (Sunday at 1:00 p.m.)

  • BBQ Cook-Off Judging (Sunday at 1:00 p.m.)

  • Food Trucks & Vendors both days

Food vendors include Brown’s Grill, Heaven’s Kitchen Below, Surf Bar Food Truck, Blue Mountain Smoke, and more. Elk City FFA will also be running concessions.

The Expo wraps up Sunday at 5:00 p.m., following awards and scholarship presentations at 4:30 p.m.
