A devastating collision on Monday claimed three lives and left a young child injured. The accident occurred around 6:02 PM on OK-44 and E 1440 Road, approximately four miles south of Lone Wolf.

The crash involved a 2000 Chevy Silverado driven by 26-year-old Dustin L. Bradford of Altus, Oklahoma. Bradford was pronounced dead at the scene by Sinor EMS and later transported to the Medical Examiner's office in Oklahoma City.

The second vehicle, a 1999 Chevy Pickup, was driven by 28-year-old Jillian A. Hernandez of Hobart, Oklahoma. She was also pronounced deceased at the scene and transported to the Medical Examiner's office.

Among the passengers in Hernandez's vehicle was 33-year-old Skyler R. Speck, also of Hobart, who tragically died at the scene. A 2-year-old girl, whose name has been withheld, survived the crash but sustained head injuries. She was initially taken to Jackson County Memorial Hospital and later transferred to OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, where she remains in fair condition.

The circumstances surrounding the collision, including the cause and the condition of Bradford prior to the crash, remain under investigation. Authorities are working to piece together what led to this tragic event.

This is a developing story.
