Good news for employees of the Elk City School District!

It was announced on Thursday that every employee, not just teachers, will be receiving a bonus.

Superintendent Mike Sparks says it’s important to recognize all employees after recent data showed academic progress across the district.

Sparks said the bonuses were approved by the school board during their latest regular meeting. He also noted that the bonuses will be distributed on November 22.
