Oklahoma City, OK – The Oklahoma Transportation Commission met on Monday to review and approve several infrastructure projects and initiatives aimed at improving the state's transportation network. During the meeting, all agenda items were unanimously approved, with notable developments in Washita and Custer Counties.

Also Among the approved items were critical funding for federal railroad crossing safety upgrades and road improvements. Washita County received $95,088.55 for safety upgrades under the Federal Railroad Crossing Safety Funds program, while Custer County benefited from multiple engineering contract extensions and roadway upgrades designed to enhance traffic flow and safety.

Multiple change orders for ongoing construction projects were approved, including those in Washita and Custer Counties, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
