The Penny News 1003

Elk City, OK – Elk City families needing a little extra help this holiday season can begin signing up for the annual Mayor’s Toy Drive starting November 24. Registration will run through December 5 at Elk City Hall, located at 320 W. 3rd Street.

Parents or legal guardians must provide the name, age, gender, and address of each child in the household, along with proof of Elk City residency such as a utility bill.

Gift pickup is scheduled for December 11, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Elk City Convention Center. Families should use the west sliding doors and follow the posted signs.

Children must be present to receive their gifts, and parents will need to bring the approval letter that will be mailed to them after sign-up. Additional details will be included in the letter.

The Mayor’s Toy Drive helps ensure local children experience a joyful Christmas and continues to be one of Elk City’s long-standing holiday traditions.
